"This design was inspried by my love of knit and purl texture and wanting to combine a stitch pattern that would pair nicely with self-striping and vareigated yarns. After knitting my first pair with fingering (sock) yarn, I loved the textured stitch so much I had to try it out on a more neutral color to really show off the look of the pattern. I now have a vanilla Textured Pattern that will pair nicley with any yarn! This pattern contains both versions: fingering and worsted weight!" - Andrea Yetman

IN ADDITION TO THE KNITTING PATTERN, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS TO KNIT THE VANILLA TEXTURE SOCK:

Modele 1: Super-Sock Yarn : MC = 100g (400m / 437 yds) colour ; CC = 50g (200m / 219 yds) colour .
Modele 2: Bis-Sock & Super-Sock Yarn : MC = 100g colour ; CC = 50g colour
Modele 3: Dk Pure Yarn : MC = 115g colour ; CC = 50g colour .
4 (or long for knitting magic loop) in size 2.25mm.

GAUGE: 36sts = 10 cm – 4″ in Textured Pattern

NOTES: The Vanilla Texture socks are knit from the top down. For the fingering weight version, you have two heel style options: Heel Flap and Gusset or a Forethought Heel. The worsted version is knit using 2 fingering weight yarns (sock yarn) held together, which is perfect to use your fingering leftovers!!
